How soon before the event can I book?

We understand that things happen and circumstances change so last minute hires might be required. However the earlier you book with us the better, as it'll gives you peace of mind and allow us to discuss and create the perfect wall for you. In saying that, if you book with us within a week before your event, the total hire amount will be required to be paid upon booking and confirmation.

What is the cancelation policy?

  • If you cancel more than 14 days before your event a full refund minus deposit will be returned.
  • if you cancel between 7–14 days before event you'll receive a 50% refund minus deposit.
  • if you cancel within 7 days of event No refund shall be given.
  • However, we will try to our best to reschedule where possible to avoid cancellations (subject to available)
  • In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a full refund will be paid back including the deposit. Unless the cancelation is due to the location being deemed unsafe or unsuitable for installation as states in section 4A of the hire agreement.

 What if I have a specific request or theme?

Our walls are very versatile and can be used for a variety of events and themes. However if you require something more specific let us know. We can discuss your plans and ideas and we'll try our best to make things work.

What if I have a question that hasn't been answered above?
